Virtual Administrative Assistant

I am an assistant with extensive experience in providing senior level administrative support. I'm known for my desire to do “anything and everything” in order to advance core company strengths, and increase workplace efficiency. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Biology from the University of California, Irvine. As an administrative assistant for a non-profit, I did the following: Overhauled the company website in Drupal CMS to include SEO and multilingual capacity in Hebrew, Russian, Spanish, and German. Oversaw weekly financial and receipt processing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes. Served as a liaison between instructors and students. Coordinated weekly schedules for 8 classes, including approximately 150 students, and four instructors. Served as a member of the school's Committee, and maintained the Committee’s agendas and minutes. Designed advertising materials for the school. Designed and implemented automation of audio classroom recording process. Produced audio files and CDs of recorded lessons. Created products to aid student learning such as manuscripts, CDs and outline notes. Developed educational material from notes, research and audio-recordings.
