Hi, I'm Kit Nathaniel D. Quinsaat from Caoayan, Ilocos Sur Philippines. I have successfully earned my Bachelors Degree in Information Technology at the University of Northern Philippines here in my country. My first job was as a data encoder as well as a salesman at Shop Nice Commercial. I am in charge of their system especially in terms of data entry. My next job was at Borland Development Corporation and for my first 3 months of work, I did some general office works by helping other departments in the office to finish their pending works. For the succeeding months, I was promoted to a higher position which was a Software QA. As a software QA, I was tasked to ensure that the system that we are developing should be error and bug-free, accurate and user friendly. I was also helping the programmer in designing the system. By then, I was trained and used to being a meticulous one. I've also worked as a Senior High School Teacher at a reputable public high school in Caoayan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. We are in the 21st century that's why I as the teacher acts as the facilitator of learning. From there, I learned and enhanced my soft skills which are very essential in shaping Filipino learners. It takes a lot of guts to handle a class but with such passion and as long as you put your heart into something that you do, positive things will happen.  Right now, I'm currently working as a Systems Analyst at Globe Telecom, the Philippine's leading telco company. As a systems analyst, I'm handling the creation of new promos/offers by analyzing their impact on the existing promo's and if the system is capable of such offer.  I'm also the one in charge of developing Unix scripts through API integration to be used as tools to make our life easier especially that we are dealing with millions of subscribers nationwide. We are also the ones tasked to investigate and fix subscriber impacting issues and it needs to be done swiftly and effectively to mitigate additional profit loss. 

Each company I have worked with have honed not only soft skills but also technical skills. To add up,  I am the type of person who is open to learning new things because I always believed that learning is an unending process. To stay in this fast-paced world is to simply adapt and be relevant in terms of your skills and abilities. Hopefully, I can transition my career from a physical work environment to freelancing in the future because it is more flexible and gives me an opportunity to earn more. If there is something that sets me aside from others, it's my passion and my heart.
