I am a passionate and motivated individual who has experience in customer service support, skilled at building effective and productive working relationships with clients and staffs. I am assertive that I have a strong sense of myself and my value, and acknowledging that I deserve to get what you want. And it means standing up for myself even in the most difficult situations. Being assertive is a core communication skill and it helps me express myself effectively and stand up for my point of view and that makes me an opinionated person in a neutral way.

Self-discipline, communication, and time management are important to me because as a goal-oriented individual, I want to attain positive outcome and these are all driven by my willingness and motivation.

Now that you know my strengths, my weakness are I overthink a lot. I feel uncomfortable until I finished the work. I also set extremely high standards for myself and sometimes end up exerting myself in an attempt to fulfil them.

Human beings are purposive; a person's action has reasons behind it. And so am I. I work with passion and dedication to guarantee success.  Pushing my efforts to the limits even if I will meet  challenges along the way.
