I have worked as an LPN for 2 years in a busy cardiology office. 
I have also worked as a dispatcher in an office; I answered phones, searched for loads and freight over the internet, and provided secretarial skills.  This has provided me with great communication skills and the ability to really multi-task and get things done in a timely manner.  
I have worked in accounts receivable for a pharmacy.  I made phone calls and sent out letters and also searched for people that we had lost contact with or didn't have the correct contact information for.   
I have worked with a phone company, helping people with their accounts and taking payments.  I also made collections calls to them.   
I also have taught and tutored in English, so I have great proofreading and editing skills.
