Small – to – Medium sized business services • Responsible for Information Technology and business digital information (0 – 100%) based on business assessment and agreed need • Responsible for managing risks to business digital information and technology resources (0 – 100%) based on collaborative risk assessment and agreed need • Develop Business – Information Technology Strategic Plan collaboratively with business and technology owner(s) and/or management team(s) • Ensure Information Technology environment and future plans harmonize with and enable business goals and success • Improve business processes and technology processes to better support the business • Add cost-effective business value and allow for increased business growth and performance • Maintain effective ongoing operations, while implementing Information Technology Strategic Plan and related projects (0 – 100%) based on agreed need • Update Business Continuity and I T Recovery Plans for business and I T changes (0 – 100%) based on assessment and agreed need
