Required Input:

3d modelled in 3DS MAX (.3ds), Blender, Revit, Navisworks, Sketchup(2016 and up), FBX, IFC. Pointcloud scan (.pts), or FARO Laser Scan (.fls) can be used for more BIM capabilities.

If you don't have 3d model, We can model for you at extra cost.

Deliverables: (Based on package chosen)

VR Model Level 1

EXE VR ready file compatible with Oculus/Meta Quest2 and HTC Vive. Teleportation and walk movement ready.

VR Model Level 2 Immersion

Level 1 + We will create a modeled out world around your model to create a more immersive experience. When one looks out the window they will see the world as opposed to endless grass. We will meet and discuss the type of environment you want your model surrounded by.

VR model Level 3 World Building + BIM

Level 2 + We will model in any missing furniture or people you want to add creating a truly immersive world. This package also includes BIM features in your .exe such as sections cuts, saved view points, material editors and more!

Note:

We can provide sample VR Ready Demo file upon request.

These High Quality VR files cannot run as standalone, they must be supported by PC connection.
