For nearly a decade, I have identified pain points and developed solutions to improve systems and processes for companies. My goal with any project is to improve the quality of life for employees, employers, and their organizations, leveraging technology to free up time, allowing people to focus on the parts of a job that really matter. This process began in the insurance industry, developing spreadsheet automation for repetitive tasks in a middle market business segment. My familiarity with databases, as well as leveraging automation with Microsoft Office tools and Visual Basic for Applications, was formed while generating a coverage terms database for a national accounts segment in a large, international organization. More recently, I have spent my time enrolled in Full Stack Java Development education programs and developing solutions with these tools. With a background in brokerage and experience managing national teams, and communicating with C-Suite Executives, I bring a sense of professionalism and a style of clear to every project.
