I really would like to write something about myself but! I just realized that it would be crap since my profile is freshly approved and would not really attract much of attention. :D I was supposed to say that I'm an experienced fluent English speaking person with excellent call handling skills equipped with both inbound and outbound call types such as, Customer service, Order Entry, a little of technical support background, Customer retention, Cold calling, Appointment setting, B2B and Sales! Plus I do also have years of experience being a Workforce Management and Real-time Analyst!... We all do know how freelancing sites work right? "Need good profile for job - Need job for good profile" But thinking outside the box, we should never judge a book by its cover because sometimes good things come in small packages!.. ;)
