Building and operating Asterisk based IP PBX.

Work with Communication Services team to provide technical support for Call Centers.

Assist with VOIP systems management and administration.

Work with team to move forward on VoIP implementation initiatives for geographically decentralized call center agents.

Provide system availability and utilization reports and work to ensure system capacity matches call volume and growth expectations.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues involving close cooperation with other IT departments and system vendors.

Supplies information to callers and records messages.

Keeps record of calls placed.

Performs clerical duties as necessary.
