I have been in the business of writing for over 20 years.
I owe my writing skills to two factors: my training as a translator and the experience I gained working for a PR agency in London from the mid-80s to the early 90s. Over this latter period I wrote many press releases and worked exclusively on one of the client's in-house newsletters, writing and/or editing the articles, laying out the pages (using DTP) and managing the print.
From the late 80s I began offering my services independently and produced press releases, leaflets and newsletters for a variety of businesses. Since the early 90s I have become involved in writing informational and instructional materials as well as website content. Website design is also in my repertoire. (See my resume for more details.)
I consider myself to be conscientious, flexible and reliable, and always deliver copy on time.
