Prolific in a pinch - I was the sole copywriter on a campaign for the Liebert Corporation, a subsidiary of Emerson Electronics. The company had received a massive influx of cash, and wanted to spend as much of it as it could prior to the end of its fiscal year. I genetrated an extensive amount of concepting and copywriting in a short span of time, meeting all deadlines and impressing the client. Three pieces went on to receive awards from local advertising trade organizations. A distinctive voice - I wrote a short story entitled "The Highway Missionary", which captured first place in a contest held by a literary magazine in California which included over 500 entrants. The judge noted that out of all the stories, my voice and the nature of the piece made it the clear-cut winner.
