I am usually apprehensive of picking up freelancers to do web works - my experience has been mixed at the best. I decided to select SWELL based on the portfolio that they showed me and the fact that they were precise. I dont want to waste my time and neither yours - so I appreciated the fact that they identified my needs and didnt try to sell "other" services which didnt interest me.
