My hours of operation are weekdays 9-5 pm. I offer unlimited revisions on most jobs until final concept sketches are approved Two revisions are included in fee. After that, revisions are charged at an hourly rate. I Guarantee all my work. Clients pay only for work that they are 100% happy with. A 50% deposit is usually required. Funds for larger projects may be deposited into escrow until completion. I prefer to communicate via email and usually return messages within 12 hours.
