Example: They like to hear other companies to Over-Promise and never reflect that "WOW, is this GUY for Real or just BSing me?"My Most favorite conversation with a customer is as follows: "The other company offers LIFETIME warranty on the software!!!" I asked him, "So if that company goes out of business, how good is that warranty!" :) "The other company offer $500 less" I asked him, " So is all of the time that you email and chatting and more emailing for 2 months worth the $500 less.
