I'm most comfortable with Java, and like to stay current with its preferred tools and frameworks, including Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Apache's commons libraries. I'm also experienced with other languages commonly used to developed server-side functionality such as PHP and Ruby, and am very comfortable with most database tasks, from design to scripting. I'm skilled at writing HTML, jQuery, and plain Javascript to build out the front-end of an application as well. I've worked 4 years as a software developer, for government contractors and a non-profit organization. I'm a fast worker and a ravenous learner, and am eager to solve new problems. I work best with concrete goals to meet, but I can also help determine what goals to set in order to accomplish a project correctly, and on time. I look forward to doing that for your project.
