I work in sales by day. Because of my training in sales, I understand the importance of timely communication and thorough follow-up. Web development and programming have my long-time hobbies for years. I normally develop intranet applications and perform systems integration at work to reduce the amount of effort required in my company's sales process. Our market constantly changes, as do our tools; I write software that collects, transports, and integrates data across multiple operating systems, networks, and 3rd party services and automates many repetitive daily tasks. When I was younger, I did lots of business on Elance when it was still in its infancy and I have kept my skills in this area up-to-date, but I have been focusing on sales for the last several years both as an income source and for the purpose of learning how to sell and market. My wife and I are expecting a son soon, and we are planning to buy a house, so I am agressively seeking work in the area of web development
