Don't look at this resume. My resume will not tell you if I care about your project or if I'll just take on any project that comes my way. Instead of reading through bullet points, why don't you ask me to write you a letter explaining why I want to take on your project and how I got the skills needed to do the best job. As I'm sure you've already discovered, English writing skill is just as important for programmers and web developers these days as traditional programming skill.
