Carnegie Learning is best known as the developer of the Cognitive Tutor, comprehensive curricula for secondary mathematics. Established in 1998 by a group of researchers, teachers and scholars from Carnegie Mellon University, Carnegie Learning was founded to apply and extend over 20 years of award-winning research in cognitive science to mathematics instruction.
Created a content management system that manages the web site's front end.
Created a complex methodology for validating customer logins. The credentials allowed customers to download, software, books, training aids and retrieve lost Serial Numbers based on the current agreements in the company's CRM.
Runs on a ColdFusion MX 6.1 content delivery platform.
