I have built websites, newsletters, postcards and other designs for a local real estate office for 5 years. After taking a class in HTML and Dreamweaver, I rebuilt their Watch Hill Rentals website (watchhillrentals.com) from just text and house pictures to multiple pictures, maps, company info, and local listings. Recently I added PHP/MySQL code to make it easier for people to find the rental that they have been looking for. During the spring and summer, 500 to 700 unique visitors a month look at this website. Since working on the Watch Hill Rentals website, I have been asked to build one on one of the local seaside communities (weekapauglife.com) as well as some of the listings from the real estate office. Outside of real estate, I worked on a local church website (pilgrimsbaptist.org). Included on the website are streaming videos of the pastor's sermons and a mission's page done in PHP.
