? Good understanding of database design hands on exp. on SQL Server, ACCESS (designing, writing queries, storing procedures etc).
? Knowledge in Designing, Coding as well as in Analysis.
? Command over Visual Basic 6, SQL, Triggers, Stored Procedures
? Good experience in Customization & implementation.
? Prior experience in requirement analysis, object oriented design & development.
? Excellent debugging, technical, written and communication skill.
? Web Design & Animation Designing.
? Design and Implement ActiveX Controls & ActiveX DLL.s
? Developing and solving reports as per software requirement
? Knowledge of creating Reports in the `Microsoft Excel' of any version, and also in the `Microsoft Text Editor or DOS based report'.
