My career experience is in authoring interactive courseware, programming Microsoft Windows applications, creating multimedia databases, creating web sites, and creating graphics, 3D animations and programs for military simulation and corporate computer based training for more than ten years. In my last position I was initially hired as a graphic artist, and was promoted numerous times over nine years: to lead programmer, creative director/graphics manager, and finally senior technologist. I also functioned as a courseware/multimedia developer, corporate trainer (internal and external), applications programmer, technical writer, web developer, webmaster, and animator. I worked on many projects, but most significantly I created a web-based application for authoring and delivery of web-based training Learning Objects where the content was stored in XML data files.
