* Developed application in Delphi 2006 to communicate with DICOM servers at the Veterans Administration. Functionality included Modality Worklist queries for broad-based patient search and detailed patient information, conversion of images from TIF to DICOM format, and sending of images to storage server. Developed application to scan TIF images and extract patient information using OCR SDK.
