I can design a web user interface from scratch including all required code in JavaScript, Html, CSS. There is also an option to add some back-end features like managing website database, and some features using java or python programming languages.  The design can be chosen by the client or he/she can just choose the colors needed and I design it myself, then take confirmation from him/her. The pay rate depends on the project required, what are the features needed? What colors and how the interface needed must looks like? On average, the paying rate is $8 per hour. The skills required to finish these tasks are all available, I also finished such projects in university, beside the graduation project which was a full web application. We completed this project using JSP, Java, Html. CSS, and Python.
