Write HTML and CSS, still learning new things in both. Have experience with VB, Java, and a couple other languages. I am not a graphic designer and will require enough information to build your website. I will write all the code, but will not create without an idea of exactly what you would like built. Willing to work with contractor on pricing, some of my portfolio sites have since expired and I am trying to build a whole new portfolio using jobs this year.
