My experience with Harry was mixed but eventually positive. With a bit of persistence on my behalf, and patience on his, the final product was exactly as specified. I would recommend anyone hiring Harry to be very clear with specifications, and highlight key points. Give him the opportunity to process demo images, and be persistent if the final result isn't what you ask for. Harry was more than happy to keep working until the job was done. He was always courteous and professional.
