· Handling L1 requests from client-side related Windows.
· Handling and Resolving Client's Issues remotely.
· Monthly Security Patches Update of Clients.
· Knowledge of Installing all kinds of OS like Windows 7/8/10, 11 Windows.
· Multipoint services, thin client devices.
· Knowledge of Installing, Configuring, and managing all kinds of software usually used by users.
· Configurations, OU & Group Policy Management, Backup & Restore, File Sharing.
· Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
· Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
· Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
· Monitor system performance, create file systems, Install software
· Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
· Review application logs
· Update the system as soon as a new version of OS and application software comes out
· Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network
· Installation and Troubleshooting Of Office 365 Cloud applications,(DIA), Download, Install, Activate, and Microsoft Office Perpetual Products.
