For 10 years I was the director of media research at an award winning business to business public relations firm in Manhattan. I produced very detailed reports, databases and presentations in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other specialized media related research and databases programs. Because of my knowledge of all these programs I was the person who trained all new employees on the media research and database programs. I also conducted company wide trainings on PowerPoint and was the go to person for any problems or questions with Word or Excel.
