I have worked as administrative assistant in areas of general office (duties),ie, correspondence, faxing, word processing, transcribing audio files, etcetera; --and administrative assistant in accounting, i.e. setting up balance / expense sheet proformas, inputting new client data, formatting spreadsheets and layout of financial statement reports; editing engagement letters, and bid proposals. I am conscientious of the client's work, detail oriented, and I work quickly and accurately.
