Designed, configured and automate business processes to enhance the current application systems for HCM including Hire, Change Job, Termination, Propose Compensation etc. • Provided Operational support to core Workday HCM, Recruiting, Reports, Security and Compensation. • Managed Priority one cases with issues that needed urgent break-fix support. • Configured Supervisory organizations, Staffing Models, Job and Positions, Defining Business Process and security Groups, Customized Report Generation, calculated fields and modified existing custom report. • Perform staffing transactions like Hire, Termination, Compensation changes, termination of contract, etc. • Understand security configurations in the application and address issues by closely working with security administrators. • Create EIBs, core connectors, and share the data to third-party applications. • Evaluate new updates released by Workday and help stakeholders with the change management. • Involved in streamlining the processes and stabilizing the system. • Worked with HR Partners, Payroll Managers, HRIS Managers, Third-Party Vendors, and helped them improve the Business Process in the Organization. • Handled incident management using JIRA tool.
