• To maintain daily cash book and bank accounts • To prepare/maintain journal Ledger • Posting daily transaction in Peachtree accounting software • Daily banking deposits. • Payments to clients and suppliers. • Maintaing proper vehicle log books. • Preparation of Payable vouchers, Payment vouchers, cashbook, bankbook, bank and cash reconciliation statements • Record, monitor expenses and raise monthly invoices. • Maintain stationary supplies and coordinating deliveries. • Office expense: water, electricity and Gas bills, ensure payments and maintain record of utility bills.
