Hello!  I am Zahid Ahmed form Pakistan.

The ebb and flow of time are experienced differently in some parts of our respective worlds. Whether it's the airport at 2 AM or schools, after hours. Evenings are longer and bitter during heartbreaks, and something to look forward to when there's someone to look at. 

It's amazing to see how we humans have found a way around the very specific laws of physics, to experience the very rigid nature of time, in every way but that.

These little windows of gifted, rather than stolen time feel like jewels in a crown, enhancing the beauty of life. 

Short stories are celebrated everywhere as short, quick getaways for when the crown gets a bit too heavy. Fast familiarization with characters we'd like to be acquainted with, or avoid, or adopt, or be around. Sometimes as hors d'oeuvres with evening tea.

My beautiful characters with the human condition as flesh and bone are often surrounded by simple ideas executed with complexity, and sometimes vice-versa, woven together to create stories to not escape to but worlds to immerse in and characters to make your sanctuary around.
