Although writing is something I do as a hobby, captivating my audience is something that I can achieve with little effort due to my marketing background. I have mainly written short stories for my kids based on funny things that actually happened to them, but I'm looking to expend my repertoire and write professionally for an employer looking for short pieces that may require some research, creative writing, opinion writing, product descriptions, restaurant menus, etc.
