¶ My name is Matthew Sherrill. I am a Middle Tennessee State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree that I received in 2011. Throughout college, and after, I worked in the Civil Engineering field. Beginning as an intern, and through hard work and dedication, I was able to achieve the title of Engineering Technician. Providing me with a very successful career doing so. ¶ Throughout all my life, regardless of my job title at the time, I have always considered myself to be a writer, because well, I have always written. Whether it be poetry, short stories, full novels, or collegiate papers, I have always been drawn to a blank piece of paper with a pencil in hand. Not to be too cliché, but it truly is my passion. I have had formal training both inside and out of the university and consider myself (as do others) to be a very talented and well-versed writer. I have seen the benefits in the past from my work, but I have never before been in the position to devote my full attention and love to the art. Needless to say, I am thrilled. ¶ I look forward to working with each and every one of you.
