I love writing for children and teenagers. I have written several original short stories for children from 9 to 15 years old, for literacy projects. I have also produced factual passages to be used for comprehension exercises in which I cater the information to the interests of the intended age group. I enjoy creating content that appeals to children and teenagers, and writing in a tone that they respond to. There is much scope for wonder and imagination when writing for children and I believe that reading should be encouraged whenever possible.
