The quality of service is supposed to be high, since I am a poet and writer, writing my entire life in Russian. As for education, I am an owner of Master degree in Management, received double diploma from Graduate School of Management (GSOM, St. Petersburg) and BI Norwegian Business School (Oslo, Norway). The whole Master program (including thesis) has been prepared and defended in English language, the grade received of international rank is B. In addition, I have passed Cambridge First Certificate (First Certificate in English, 2011), which is a general proficiency examination at Level B2 in the Council of Europe’s Common European Framework of Reference (It is at Level 1 in the UK National Qualifications Framework). Basically, if you are an owner of FCE it means that you are able to understand straightforward instructions or public announcements, express opinions on abstract matters in a limited way or offer advice within a known area. Apart from, you can understand routine information and articles, write letters on familiar or predictable matters. Besides currently I am employed for German IT company operating in construction industry, thus, I must admit that my working language today is English and German. I believe these facts might provide a more or less clear evidence of my language skills. But of course the better evidence can be proved only by my work.
