With 3 years of working in a Food and Beverage industry, it has developed my interpersonal skills and improve my communication skill with customers. In the Food and Beverages industry requires me to practice my persuasive skills where I had to convince the customers to purchase the promotional product offered. Other than the Food and Beverages industry, I also have working experience as a Human Resources Officers for the Aymo business Stimulation (ABS) during my study in diploma. The position taught me how to communicate patiently with the customer to solve any conflicts. Throughout my participation in the Food and Beverages industry, It can be said that this job helps me to increase my confidence level and improve my public speaking with other people. I strongly believe that excellent customer service providing by the workers will help the company to gain trust from customers and also provide a positive environment in the workplace. It also can reflect the business's image or brand as a first impression from the customers.
