Businessman in the journalism area, I worked for Editora Banas for 45 years, as director responsible for the information / database area, superintendence and general management. Under my supervision, BANAS created the largest Database on the Brazilian industrial sector - 10 years earlier than any competitor - with 65,000 companies and 225,000 professionals, giving rise to Brazil's first industrial products / services search site. I was the creator and responsible for the creation of the magazines: PS - Products and Services (for the Industrial area) and Cozinha Profissional (Foodservice Management). The magazine Cozinha Profissional was part of a project conceived in 1996, during a visit to the United States. Launched in 2003, it is the most important magazine in the food segment outside the home in Brazil. Having sold the magazine in 2010, I devote myself to the study of foodservice management. At the beginning of the 90's I launched four newsletters dedicated to business management: Competitive Advantage, Team Management, Effective Communication and Enchanting the Customer. Today, I'm the publisher (and writer) of BLOG DO BANAS (www.blogdobanas.com.br) the first blog dedicated to the foodservice management: Bars, Restaurants, Bakeries, etc.
