I am a graduate law student from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and had completed my Bachelor in Legal Law Bachelor (LLB) programme on Jun 2012 with 3.33 CGPA. I have completed my pupilage on 25 June 2013 in Bhadarul Baharain & Partners. with General Litigation including Civil, Bankruptcy and Corporate Litigation, drafting Sale & Purchase Agreement, Tenancy and also Memorandum of Transfer. I’m working as a Legal Assistant in Messrs Adhan & Yap. I was exposed with conveyancing matter. I am preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation from the initial stage till the completion stage. I am handling the conveyancing work in the areas of sub-sale, loan documentations, developers work, and exposure to a wide range of conveyancing work. I also attending to client, correspondences, preparing status report and other types of work assigned by the firm to me from time to time. I know how to do the perfection of transfer and charge, draft the sale and purchase agreement, tenancy Agreement. The experiences would help me with the ideal opportunity to assist and expand my skills at your company. Having all these experiences, I have developed my soft skills in a sense of accountability, good interpersonal skills and the aptitude to perform well in a team – even in an aggressive environment with a minimum supervision.
