Based on the most current Xactimate pricing flip chart by the category. In addition, I have created calculation worksheets for drying equipment setup, time in to include inspection monitoring and equipment rearrangement, along with a calculation worksheet for calculating the proper hauling charges and dumpsters size for your estimate.
Do we send in the scope and measurements, or do you scope the loss and if so, can you scope from pictures? You can send in the scope with sketch & measurements, and pictures, or I can create the scope from photos, notes, Docusketch, Matterport, your estimate’s, adjusters estimate, roof reports whatever method you use and provide.
How much time for turnaround on the estimate? I provide you quick turnaround times with some instances in as little as an hour to 72 hours or more, for more larger and/or complex losses. I understand that time is of the essence and that the sooner the estimate is completed the sooner you can come to an agreement, get started on the job and get paid making your client very happy for a quick turnaround.
Do you just offer an hourly rate? No, in addition to our hourly rate, I offer fixed rates, rates based off the amount of the claim, and volume pricing for Mitigation estimates. Whatever method you prefer.
Additionally, I provide estimates for TPA programs, preferred vendor programs and Insurance companies and follow the matrix/protocol for what line items they use and don’t use and how they prefer the layout of their estimates, if any. I would need you to submit these to me.
