Turn around time will be within 24 hours of Reciept of scope notes, photos, and any relevant notes. EXCEPTION FOR LARGE LOSSES- Large losses consisting of more than 8 rooms will typically take closer to 48 hours to finalize. 

Final Product will be an .ESX file, and a PDF formatted copy. 

Would prefer payment based per estimate. Estimates less than $5000 I would charge $100. For over $5000 less than $10,000 I would charge $125. Any estimate written exceeding $10,000 I would charge 200$.
