I write Xactimate estimates from home. I am a State certified residential contractor with plenty of first hand experience dealing with insurance losses and writing estimates. I have also worked as a CAT adjuster and am a state licensed mold remediator and assessor. I have written for public adjusters and other contractors from home going back to hurricane Sandy.
