Namaste I'm Meera (Ayushi), I have 7+ years of experience in Teaching, Training & Coaching through Yoga and Meditation. I have the knack to make people feel comfortable, thus enabling the process of therapy. I am also taking sessions of Traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin & Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy and Guided Meditations.

I was trained to be a Yoga Teacher under few well known Universities of Yoga: Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi in 2017, Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, Lonavala in 2018 & Uttrakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar in 2022. There I learnt in-depth courses in Multi-Styles of Yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa & Yin Yoga), Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Anatomy & Alignment of the postures. Worked in many Yoga Studio and Yoga Teacher Training Course in 200-hour and 300-hour monthly courses.

At the age of 23, I was diagnosed with Migraine. That's how my journey of Meditation began. Since then I am a Regular Meditation Practitioner of Various Meditations (Kriya Yoga, Vipassana, Chakra, Kundalini, Dynamic & Transcendental Meditation) and helping my community to find peace through my Meditation Classes.
Here offering Online Meditation Sessions using various Meditation Techniques; Heart Meditation, Mindfulness, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Zen, Pain-Relief Meditation, Compassion Meditation, Yoga Nidra etc.

Beyond yoga poses, I'm also a Certified Life Coach. Through personal journey, helping individuals to live a happier life. Passionate about helping individuals achieve balance in all aspects of their lives. I believe "true well-being encompasses Physical, Mental, and Emotional Health". Offering Personalized Life Coaching to support individuals achieve their goals and desires.
