My name is Diana, I am a certified yoga teacher and meditation coach. My classes are designed to combine movement, breathing and self-awareness. I am here to help you reach your goal, whether it's flexibility improvement, strength build-up, back stretch, stress relief or energy balancing. I usually follow Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga flow, starting with Sun Salutations to welcome the new day to bring the energy!
