We have full changed the look and feel of the site. 2. Localization of the help center with different languages. 3. Able to create a tree structure type format on zendesk. Zendesk limited to categories and sections. No multilevel hierarchy is available. 4. Created module to poste predefined formatted article for help center. 5. Using intermediate server implemented SSO feature. As zendesk do not allow to store big files. 6. Implemented file download using intermediate server and database.
