These are exactly the conditions the one, who hadn't been speaking English quite good untill the moment, condemns himself to live in, as this man has chosen the IT industry, that is not provided with any national language resources (talking about manufactured products user manuals, industrial software localization, technical standarts of maintaining of cable networks documentation) to be his occupation.
