My background is in Finance and Business Administration but 13 years ago I decided I needed a break and began work in a Graphic Design company, from scratch.
That is how I discovered my real calling and haven't stopped working in the Design and DTP industry ever since. I truly enjoy completing every project and the satisfaction I get from knowing my clients are happy.
Work Terms
I work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 19:00 pm, except for public holidays. However, I understand that sometimes there are emergencies so I can be reached via e-mail or phone.
I prefer communication via e-mail but phone or Skype are also fine for faster communication, particularly on complex projects.
Good communication with the client is essential for achieving the best quality for any project. I appreciate and take into consideration everything the client requires or asks to clarify their needs. This helps me to prepare the best product for them.
The project cost may be quoted in hours or per page, depending on the project specifics. I am sometimes able to quote a flat rate too for certain type of projects. There is no universal way to form the project cost.
Full payment is required before the final working files are delivered. That is after the client is fully satisfied with the output, approving the reference files. Different terms may be agreed before the project start.
