About

I'm a Customer Support Specialist with extensive training and experience, and interests in Project Management and Social Media Marketing

Working since 2001 in the customer service/call center industry, I've gained experience in customer service (phone, live chat & email) and payment processing, as well as valuable training in interpersonal communication.

I'm a native English speaker with excellent writing skills, experience in managing social media pages and creating content for online newsletters as well as email and live chat support templates.

I've recently taken online courses in Project Management, Digital Branding & Engagement, and HootSuite's Social Media Marketing and platform classes. This means I'm poised to assist in other areas beyond the provision of basic customer support.

When it comes to software and applications, I've worked comfortable with: Microsoft Office: Excel (Certified), Word, PowerPoint, Access, InfoPath, Project; Google Suite: Gmail, Google Docs, Calendar, etc., Zendesk; Freshdesk, Shopify, Hootsuite, Asana, BaseCamp, Slack, Atlassian (Jira & Confluence)

Aside from the above knowledge and skills, I have a strong work ethic and hold myself to a high standard of exemplary service.

Work Terms

Available up to 40 hours per week for part time or full time jobs.

Hours of availability are flexible, depending on your needs, from Monday to Friday.

I charge hourly, or monthly - we can discuss this and come to a mutually beneficial agreement.

I'm located in Europe, which is generally 6 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time, giving me the edge of already being on top of my tasks by the time my US-based team managers are getting started for the day.
