Work Terms

Scope of Work: we will define the tasks and deliverables the freelancer will be responsible for completing. This section should outline the project objectives, milestones, and limitations or exclusions.

Timeline and Deadlines: we will establish clear deadlines for each project phase or significant milestones. It's essential to have a realistic timeframe and include provisions for potential revisions or changes that may affect the schedule.

Revisions and Changes: determine the process for revisions, including the number of revisions included in the agreed-upon fee or rate. Outline how additional revisions or significant changes will be handled and any associated costs.

Communication and Availability: both parties will specify the preferred methods of communication (e.g., email, phone, project management tools) and the expected response time from both parties. If there are any specific working hours or availability requirements, they should be clearly stated.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure: If the customer requires, we will include a confidentiality clause that protects sensitive information shared during the project and prohibits the freelancer from disclosing it to third parties.

Intellectual Property: Upon project completion, the customer will own the intellectual property rights. The freelancer may reference the customer's name in future projects. The customer will consider authorizing this, as well as the use of their logo.
