I have started 3 companies, worked at 10, along with leading a non-profit and co-founding the Alliance of Technology and Women in the span of 20 years. I've helped companies grow profitability thru innovation, cost containment, improved quality, employee engagement and customer advocacy. This includes creating a multi-million dollar business that grew 30% in one year; increased margin 9% via restructuring; 20% jump in onboarding speed via methodology standardization; and coached high potential employees to higher levels of responsibility for promotion.

My position is unique as a female tech exec with global experience in various sized companies. I am committed to bring these diverse experiences and perspectives to you to enable great customer and partner experiences for growth. It’s about nurturing your employees, customers, partners and investors – if it isn’t, you won’t be in business long.

My business serves CEOs, Chief Customer Officers, COOs, Heads of Services, Customer Success, Support and other senior executives in high growth tech, eCommerce and professional service firms to help them solve pain points in their customer and partner's journeys by building, scaling and transforming their Customer and Partner Operation functions.
