Corporate Services, Coordination activities and Guest Relations in
Hospitality and Service Industry. Responsible for planning, developing and implementing employee policies and procedures in conjunction with the management company’s direction.
Implementation and administration of Recruitment, Employee Relations, Employee Retention. Selection and Induction training for employees. Statutory Compliance. Coordinating on various HR activities.
